Steam Power (1915)
First investment in advanced technology.
A Steam Locomotive, imported from Germany in 1915, was the first investment in advanced technology made by the ancestors of the group of businessmen from Engenho Coradini. Currently, a replica of this machine, in front of the administration building, is a symbol of the inherited business vision, dynamism and love of work.

Sawmill (1947)
Through the Sawmill opening new agricultural areas.
1947
Initially, the activities developed were: saw mill, colonial rice mill and small power plant.
This entire complex was powered by a water wheel during periods of normal rain and by steam locomotives in dry situations.
In the 1960s, due to a lack of wood, the sawmill was abandoned and the rice processing industry expanded due to the mechanization of crops.

Branch emergence: the advanced industrial park.

The first advances in technology:
The technological industrial structure.
In 1998, the Engenho Coradini branch opened, an industrial park located on the edge of BR 293, Km 249, in the Dom Pedrito industrial area.
Seeking to expand and consolidate its markets, the company expanded tthe complex, which received new buildings to accommodate technologies for rice production with the highest possible quality and also its own power generation plant to supply the factory, using the rice husk's biomass as fuel.
In addition to the industrial improvements and the increase in storage capacity, the commercialization of soybeans also began, with the expansion of the industrial plant to receive the oilseed.

2010 - 2019
Parboiling process: Gariboldi method.
Innovation and technology in Brazil.
Maintaining our characteristic of innovation, the company launched the ideal rice: easy to prepare, always fluffy, tasty and with maximum natural nutrients incorporated into the grain itself.
The Gariboldi process is unprecedented in Brazil and uses an extremely controlled enviroment to incorporate the maximum amount of nutrients and standardize the transformation of grain starch.

Automation in the packaging process.
Intelligent advancement in the industrial process.
In the 2020s, Engenho Coradini innovated once again by bringing to its industrial park an automation method for its packaging: robots.
Bringing more agility to making bales to optimize working time to export our products to Brazil and the world.
2020

Photovoltaic plant: Renewable energy.
Sustainability in action.
Still in the 2020s, Engenho Coradini optimized the quality of its renewable energy, bringing solar panels to its industrial park so that, together with the existing thermoelectric plant, it produces renewable energy for its food production.
The use of the so-called hybrid plant between thermoelectric and solar was a unique innovation throughout Brazil.
